Time can be changed by lifting nip on the top then pushing back into place. the The back of the watch is equally impressive showing the anchor and Victoria London 1876. This fob and compass combo sits on my desk at home. The detail in the archway fob is very delicate, it works perfectly both the clock and compass are accurate. Great piece, l love it
