By the Green Man and the Gatekeeper.  Blank inside, showing three hares with the stars and the moon. The hare have been associated with moon deities and may signify rebirth or resurrection. They may also be symbols of fertility or sensuality, and they appear in depictions of hunting and spring scenes in the Labours of the Months.

The Triple Hare Card. The hare is probably the most mysterious and enigmatic of all Britain's animals. Secretive and seldom seen, it is a creature of dawn mists and dimming twilight. The habits of the hare follow the turn of the seasons, some species even develop a white coat in winter.

Three hares are often shown in a circle sharing three ears which form a triangle at the center of the design. Sometimes they are known as "Tinner's Hares" due the numbers to be found in Cornish Churches. It has been suggested that in a Christian context they represent the Trinity, but the motif may also be found in Buddhist temples.
